CharlieRags Refund and Return Policy

1. We offer refunds and returns on all items except intimates (bralettes) and items marked as final sale.
2. All return orders must be initiated within 14 days of package delivery date  (new, unused, unworn, unwashed)
3. We will not return any items if...

• Worn
• Washed
• Altered
• Snagged
• Ripped
• Stained
• Odors
• Or any other damage

4. Damaged or used items cannot be returned.
5. Free gifts are non-refundable.
6. Shipping and processing charges are not refundable.
7. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees
8. A 15% restocking fee / penalty will be applied for unauthorized returns or refused/unaccepted package deliveries.

How to Initiate a Return

1. To initiate a return, send an email to RMA@charlierags.com
2. All approved returns will be refunded to original form of payment
3. Refunds will be issued within 7 business days after we receive the return.
4. We will notify you via email when the return has been received and the transaction is complete.
